I honestly don't think that you need a battery skin for the Z10. One, it just makes it look bulky - the Z is too sexy to be put inside a fat case. Second, it has a removable battery, just buy an extra batt, or the charger bundle I think powerskins were really just meant for the phones without a removable battery. Just my two cents

Aaa, but what if you're in the middle of filming something? Or in the middle of a phone call? Or you just emailed a large attachment? Or downloading a large file?

There's a reason those skins exist.

You could attach the charger bundle via usb to the phone. It has that feature. So if in the middle of a task, pull it out, then just insert it via usb, it will charge the battery inside the phone if you do that.

It's also not practical to buy an expensive battery case for a phone with a removable battery. But then again, I guess it will be dependent on how you'll use the phone then. I get your point. Hope you get mine as well.

Reviews of this item on Amazon.com are good. I was thinking of getting one but read that it does not work on the bb playbook so I think I will purchase one that can charge the playbook.

I have both, the "Backup 3300mAh Power Bank External Rechargeable Battery for Blackberry Z10" and the original "BlackBerry Battery Charger Bundle for Z10". The original charger bundle is extremely impractical if you have to charge your BB during a workday (2 pieces plus the small cable, try to get that in and out of your pocket). The 3300mAh Power Bank has nearly twice the power of the Bundle, i.e., together with a fully charged BB Z10 you have almost three times the power of one battery. This combination easily gets me through 2 workdays with heavy travel without the mess of the Bundle. Never mind the somewhat larger size and weight...
