    If you look at the Z10 reviews on at&t (usa), verizon (usa), rogers (can), telus (can) websites, the phone is consistently getting at least 4.5 out of 5 rating. 95% of those that posted reviews on those sites recommend the phone to others. And we know that in general, unhappy customers would tend to post a review more than satisfied customers. So i really think that Z10 is performing just fine and all these issues are being overblown but are not that common.

    Wow Thor tested CNN and said no issues with his device and thousands of others who work for BlackBerry have no issues.
