I talk on my 8320 very rarely, I use it primarily for e-mail, searches, and the web. But, when I do make a call periodically the phone shuts off when I place a call and sometimes when I receive a call.

Has anyone experience this? Is this a software or hardware issue?

I also downoaded the 4.5 OS and my e-mails are still not in HTML.

Check your File Free. Options > Status. Anything less than 12,000,000 is bad.

Do you have any third party apps installed? Basically just trying to work backwards to a time when you didn't have this issue and looking for a cause.

Just the basic apps. I have opera mini, but i've had the problem before then.
