Ever since I cancelled my Sprint account, sold my 9930, switched to tmobile, and purchased the Z10, I am more than satisfied. I love this phone and it's straight to the point approach it takes to mobile communications. The keyboard (which I'm currently using to type this thread) is absolutely amazing. The fluidity of the OS is fantastic, and the way it feels in my hand is great.

I agree the keyboard is superb. I always said blackberry would make the first touch keyboard that a die hard qwerty blackberry fan could love.

i have to be honest, i have zero loyalty to ANY BRAND. i loved my Sprint BB8330 but when i saw how i could organize AND EXECUTE my life with the Palm Pre, i left BB. Since then, i have owned an HTC EVO, EVO 3D, GS2, Nexus 4G, iPhone 4s, Galaxy Nexus, and Galaxy Note 2 (the last two being with Verizon) and i was happy but i have not been satisfied. Then my job FINALLY let me on their BB network with a BB 9930 and i remembered how much i loved my old work horse with the lousy browser. i sold my Note2 (after 2 months) and used the money to pay for my z10. it was the best $$$ i've spent since i took my fiancee to Las Vegas to get married in 2001. i am a Crackberry addict again. and although i remain loyal to me and my $$, i am finally admitting to the world that BlackBerry has my heart. i have missed BBM, the email, the keyboard, all of it. the z10 is a SOLID, SEXY Phone. i love it and don't know how i am ever going to put it down. i may finally have a phone that i will keep for the life of my contract. i think i am finally happy AND satisfied.

Agreed. This phone is a workhorse capable of getting what I need to get done, done. No shenanigans here.
