Hi All,

I have been using BB for many years. I understand that BB10 only keeps email for 30days on the device and that a remote search has to be used for anything after this date. However when i use the remote search only a few items are returned and it only goes back a a few months.

I also have a Win8 Mobile, i perform the search and it returns everything, all emails. however the Z10s results are not acurate and only go back as far as Feburary whereas the Win8 phone returns things from last year.

Why is the BB10 remote search not working?
