Does anyone know if its true that if you phone is up for a upgrade the end of may that they will let you upgrade at the beginning of may? Ive read this on "att's community fourms" just wondering if anyone can confirm this.. Thanks!!!!!

you can sometimes get an early upgrade on certain phones. iPhones are typical. check your account online, it will let you know.

As of 1 week ago, you can upgrade 30 days prior to your actual upgrade date; a full upgrade with all discounts. that is accoeding to myu local AT&T store.

I got a full upgrade on my second line, when I purchased my Z10, at the AT&T store. My second line has only been active for a year.

It all depends on who you talk to. Mecca said he got a full upgrade after a year, I'm at 1.5 years on my line, in good standing and been a customer for years. No go on an early upgrade for me.

I just talked to customer service and they are going to do a early upgrade for me, but your right it depends on who you talk to!
