I'm outside the us and I want to buy the z10 and the cheapest I found was the no contract at&the z10. I want to know if it comes unlocked? If anyone can help me please...

If it does not say unlocked when being sold, then it is not unlocked.

I can buy out right from rogers, but its not unlocked, I would need to get it unlocked.

xamdam is right. I've bought a previous BlackBerry from AT&T without contract, it's locked and they won't unlock it for you even if you paid full retail price so don't waste your time calling them. You'll need to unlock it yourself using a third party (such as Crackberry who offers the service).

If you can I would buy from T-Mobile. They are cheaper then AT&T, it's the same model and they will unlock it for you. I got my unlock code within 3 days.

I am in Paraguay, south america, and I have a z10 But i couldn't get my Carrier (claro) to support my BIS full Internet plan on my z10, and I. Request a s3 plan to my l�nea and it works perfectly. No blackberry only data planes requested on z10. Thats confirmed. Now, my wife wants my z10. So i have to buy one for her. I am looking for the cheapest option...
