Hi Kevin,

I'm in the UK and ordered the BB Bluetooth speaker almost a month ago and its yet to arrive. The final estimated date of delivery is tomorrow but I think its safe to say its not arriving. What the Shop CB policy on this as its my first time ordering from your store & I cant find any info online in regards to your policy for replacement of items lost/stolen in transit. Im concerned that either ill never get my item or an replacement or my money back. Nothing has ever taken this long to ship to me before from the US when Ive ordered items from other companies or received mail business associates or friends/family so my gut feeling tells me its mysteriously vanished now.

Please could someone advise me and clarify this for me.

I was going to start a thread on this but I can just add to this. I received my Z10 last Monday. I wanted a good case because I drive truck. I should have ordered my case before the phone arrived but I didn't do that. I did look around locally because I needed a case right away but I wanted to buy from Crackberry because I found a lot of helpful info in my time on this site for my Bold 9000, Torch 9810 and now my Z10. So I decided to go home and look at ordering it here.

After getting home I found out that the Otterbox was $10 cheaper then my local stores and qualified for free shipping. I made the order on Tuesday night and was told that the case would arrive on Monday April 29th. While out at my in laws last night I decided to check the tracking number I was given. It said it was delivered. So when we got home my wife checked the mail and there it was, my Otterbox case, 3 days early.

I want to thank Crackberry for all the useful info, ShopCrackBerry for getting it in the mail so quick and for using Canada Post. Count me as another happy customer. I might be buying a windshield mount soon. ShopCrackBerry will be getting my business for that as well.

ShopCrrackberry.com is the only place to do your shopping for all accessories! Yesterday I ordered the Piel Frama Magnum case for my Z10 and spoke with a representative who gave 100%+ in assisting me in placing the order. Great site and fantastic staff members.

Not Shop Crackberry's fault but as I'm in the UK ordering from the US I have to collect my order from the local post office and pay customs duty. It's just a little extra hassle to support the CB community. It is by far the best place to find accessories for my z10.
