Blackberry 10 smartphones have just been released to the market. At this time, Lorex systems do not support remote connection using the Blackberry 10 operating system. We will post alerts once apps have been released for supported systems.

All I could find on their site

Lorex is working hard to support the Blackberry 10 OS, for the current Z10 and upcoming Q10 phones. Apps for these devices are coming soon. An Alert will be posted to the Support section of our website when the new apps are released.

I am waiting on a BlackBerry app for my Z10 as well for my Lorex LH318 DVR, they made this announcement that it is coming soon back in February, I honestly thought they would have one by now.
They could at least just port the Android app, which I have had no luck with making work on my own BTW.
I guess this should not come as a surprise since they completely skipped OS6 and OS7 apps for blackberry devices.
All we can do is... Wait...

I've converted a working APK Lorex app for my DVR that works great on a Note 2 and side loaded it on my Z10. It crashes as soon as you launch it.

I'm still using my old BlackBerry 8900 on Wi-Fi to view my cameras.

Lorex posted they would have BlackBerry 10 apps on February 1st and here it is almost August.

Has anyone tried to contact Lorex via email or phone about the status on this? I have contacted them in the past using both methods and always got a reply to email and a real person on the phone.

However, they never were able to help or provide any useful information to me.

If they do not come through on a BlackBerry 10 app as promised, my next CCTV DVR will not be a Lorex, nor will I suggest and install any more of their products.

Bumping this thread in case anyone has been able to convert the LorexMobileEdge_2.0.16.apk file to work on the Z10. I have the file if anyone else wants to try I could send it.

It has been almost a year since getting my new Q10 with Lorex saying they were coming out with an app that would support new platform. Still stuck and very frustrated not being able to watch my dvr. Any word?

just called Lorex and they said they still don't have the lorex app for Z10.

With the latest OS's out you can use the Android app, I am and it works wonderfully, very happy now!

i have it working on my Z30 now
