This is my a BlackBerry 10 native applications: Quicker.

Like its name, the App allows users to operate mobile phone functions commonly used in the most direct way. Two aspects of it from the quick communication and quick start to users in their daily life, work in the most common operation together, provide operation shortcut for users, in order to improve the efficiency of user equipment.

The app consists of two parts, quick communication and quick start.

In quick communication,user can add commonly used contact to the communication list, in one interface provides telephone, short message and e-mail and other means of communication, the user need only two clicks to complete open communication interface from the start the app.

Quick start provides users with a convenient way to operate the equipment commonly used functions, including quick switching, quick opening and status display of three parts.

You need something like ddpb for side loading apps from a computer. Ddpb runs on your computer and installs apps to your phone or tablet.

These seems nice, but why is this not available in BB World?

If it makes it to BB world, its a sure download, however I'm personally skepticle as the first thing comes to mind is that it would require every permission available to function.
I appreciate the efforts of the Dev, but just saying to use caution.

I'm with you on this one. I can understand side loading Android apps as they aren't designed for BlackBerry, but to have to sideload an app specifically designed for BB10, and it hasn't been approved by BlackBerry and added to BBWorld, raises some concerns.

I installed it and there is a Full Version for $0.99 in BBW the difference seems to be the paid version you can have many Quick Communication contacts where this one you only get 3... seems pretty good for the Quick Start section also, actually reminds me of SBSettings for Jailbroken iOS devices.
