With all this new apps bogging up into the BlackBerry appworld, coming from Android, it would be very useful to have an separate section for BlackBerry Z10 native apps only, so that it would be possible to find some BB10 special crafted apps more easily, supporting development for the effort of making better app for BlackBerry OS10, rather than just porting poor apps.

Great idea I agree, although I wouldn't say that all Android ports are "Poor Apps".

Oh well yes, didn't want to pull this apps down, but... what about encourage develops to write BB10 apps and port them to other platforms, at least we user can be sure that the majority of apps are well worth paying for instead of spending on half cooked from the other world's

Just an FYI, a search for built for BlackBerry won't pull up all native apps. Built For BlackBerry means that an app has met certain standards and are identifiable by a BlackBerry logo at the bottom right of its icon.

I would actually go the other way around, add a little Android icon on top of the App icon to make absolutely clear what you're buying/downloading:

Oh dear... may that's the reason why there is no section for native apps yet... would make the BlackBerry world looking stupid among this 70.000odd other port's

Didn't they just announce 80% of their 100,000 apps were now native? That would make 20,000 ports.

Some android ports are really good. Like Yaaic is an android irc app and it works perfectly. But I would like to filter between ports and native.
