For starters you usually don't hear from people unless they really love something or found a problem with something. The people who voice there opinion loudest are the ones not happy. I feel like most people love their z10 based on reviews from various websites of people who actually own the device. For example amazon has 4.5 stars and that's from customers. However if someone has a problem they come to the forums to voice frustration and look for help. I have a Verizon z10 and have had almost no issues. Sometimes I am missing back button in android apps but that's not ruining my day or phone experience. I personally come to forums to browse and pick up tricks and learn cool things that this phone can do. This thing is amazing!!! Better than my expectations and they were very high.

I love it... and i love the speed at which i switch apps. the ease at checking my messages. the amazing way you can multi-task. and the small things such as lowering music when a notification comes in... the all important LED and much more

On Verizon and I have absolutely no issues other than not enough apps. In time the aps will come. It's a great OS and BlackBerry did an awesome job.

However on the tmobile z10 that I used prior to Verizon z10 release I had many reboots and other glitches that really annoyed me.

The Verizon z10 has been rock solid in the OS department and the battery has been pretty good.

I love mine...not the blind love of a BB fanboy, but I love it nonetheless.
My Z10 hasn't let me down since I got it and it daily amazes. I suppose I'm still in the honeymoon phase, but that's ok...I still don't have any of the problems I keep hearing from "self-professed" BlackBerry addicts...in fact, my Z10 actually seems to be getting better as I use it.

Count me as one whose so happy about this phone that I don't have words to describe it. I've waited for it since the iphone and then kept waiting once BlackBerry purchased the qnx platform.....when the day finally arrived, I was ecstatic..to say the least.

I had a 9900 prior to getting my Z10. The 9900 was great but the Z10 is on a totally different "playing field". I like the full screen for browsing, and the keyboard freaking reads my mind! (I use the space bar auto correct to type, not the flick feature). I have NO complaints or criticisms at all. I am very pleased with the phone!

I liked my 9900, but I love the Z10. One week into it and it just gets more natural to use. I am already becoming a one thumb typist. The hub and flow is a more compelling feature than I thought it would be. Really well designed, and especially nice for a version 1.0 device.
