Good day.
I bought an album on blackberry world and the artwork use to show up on my music app. Since I upgraded with the latest software, the album is still there but the cover artwork is missing. I tried to reboot, battery pull and to reinstall the album but it's still missing.
Any help would be appreciated!

Mine shows up for an album I bought, but for a single song it wouldn't show the artwork in the music list. But when playing the song it would pop up.

If you search for the song via the option menu, does the artwork pop up?

I can see the name of the album I bought but no artwork. It leaves a black square instead of the cover. I can only see the cover artwork once I click on it and I pick a song.

Ya, same thing happened to me. Even worse downloaded an album but received a 'server error' message that said to try again later. That was a month ago still says same message. Sent three emails to support with absolutely no response/assistance, let alone reimbursement. Very disappointing.

Just copy the artwork you want into the folder of the song/album and rename it to folder.jpg

That being said, the stock music app is bad and annoying.
