Very little. It holds great promise for the future but they need to get it set up and it could take another couple of years.

If your Z10 is on Orange-UK, then currently only non-payment functionality
[NFC payment functionality is severely constrained by my carrier (Orange-UK for my 9900) and can only be used with a specific credit card company which is carrier-specified (eg Barclaycard UK) - Orange have told me that this is the same for the Z10 (but they haven't set it up yet.....)]

NFC non-payment functionality - works like a charm (on the 9900)! Have used this in museums, art galleries, outdoor sculpture parks, etc - one tap and all the pertinent information (a web page) pops up on your phone. Orange-UK tell me that whatever currently works on the 9900 should also currently work on the Z10

[Also, colleagues have piloted various solutions using NFC tags for registering access to a building, switching phone functionality on& off (eg 3G, wifi), etc, etc - this involved loading some NFC-macro programme onto the 9900. Not sure if these NFC-macro programmes are available yet for the Z10]

Panasonic are releasing some NFC equipped video cameras that let you stream and upload videos to other devices like tablets using specific apps.
Its a little clunky but the promise is there.

I use NGC to share websites with my wife and transfer files. It also works nicely with bluetooth pairing on the BlackBerry music gateway.

I'm hoping for paypass some day soon. Until then, it won't really hit mainstream use.
