I want to know how to make each tone and alert different for each person / mode of message like the OS7 did. I had specific tones for certain people so I know who would text / email me. I can't figure out how to do that now. I get a single tone for texts (anyone) and emails. I'd like to know when my boss texts me vs a customer.

Go into edit contact and scroll a bit down, you'll see a field for Phone Ring Tone and another one under for Messages Notification Tone.

i tried this and it only worked once.set it back to default and did a battery pull.changed tone again,didn't work,tried a battery pull and still didn't work so i put it back to default.

Are you taking about the sound at the end or the whole song? The song sounds terrible but the tone at the end is nice.

Yeah I was talking about just the tone ay the end, I was looking everywhere for it I thought it was preloaded on the phone but the link the previous poster put up is for the sound I been looking for.

Well the download isn't the full ring tone that is featured in the commercial. It's like half of it, but I guess it's hard to rip it as the announcer is talking over the sound that we want.
