I came from Sprint, who doesn't have it (I think). Either way, I had a 9930 that didn't have 4G. Anyway, 4G LTE is not showing on my bar. Only 4G. Anyone know how this all works? Is there something wrong?

Do you have the four BlackBerry dots?

If not, ATT did not set your plan correctly.

I do have 4 BB dots. But I saw a Z10 saying LTE. I just contacted AT&T and they checked my address and said LTE isn't covered in my area. Figures.

That sucks. 4G will have to do I guess. Well hopefully AT&T can improve their LTE coverage.

Sprint has LTE but the coverage is pretty limited. Verizon has LTE almost everywhere now and AT&T has a fair amount of coverage but it's still mostly limited to major metro areas.

HSPA on AT&T isn't at all bad though, it should be about half as fast as Sprint 's LTE, all other factors being equal, and much faster than sprint 3G

Not a biggie, LTE coverage is still so so for me on Rogers and eats up my battery. I switched it to use 4G which has been much better on my battery. Phone seems to still work just as fast.

I just got my TMO phone here in NYC and it's NOT showing LTE either. It is showing 4G like on my Bold 9900. Nevertheless, it does seem quite speedy when I go to websites.

Of course the two places I am the most, home (Trenton area) and work (NJ Shore area), are only 4G with ATT. It seems everywhere else I go has LTE. Fingers crossed they "turn it on" where I am.
