Has anyone else had an issue with their File Manager on their Z10? Up until a couple of days ago it was working flawlessly and now I can't access any folders or see anything (just a white screen when I open the app). I have the latest OS on my phone (.85) and can't fix it. Tried to reset it and still nothing. I have also noticed that I can't change my wallpaper anymore either - if I try it just doesn;t and the Picture app freezes. Not sure if it's related at all.

Hopefully someone has encountered this already and has a solution.

Do you have an SD card installed? If so, try taking but out and launching it again.

Thanks. Looks like that's the issue - my SD card is causing the File Manager to not work. It must be corrupted. The File Manager works fine without the SD card in my Z10. Thanks for the reply.

Try formatting it in the phone.

Settings > Storage and access > Format media card
