After making two attempts with Crackberry to unlock my Z10 and failing I took my device to Scarborough Town Center and had the place who unlocked my torch 9860 do it using the same IMEI number with much success. Therefore if you experience problems and Crackberry PM me and I will be happy to tell you were you can find the place.

In my case.....the crackberryunlocking worked just fine with my a 10 from EE....

In CrackBerry's defence, not all unlock codes have been made available so cannot be supplied.

If we ever cannot find an unlock code, we advise the customer to take the handset to a local unlocking shop, who can use software to unlock the phone.

crackberry unlock worked great for me.i bought a z10 locked to rogers.received it yesterday .today bought an unlock code from crackberry unlock and 52 min later received code worked great .i now have a z10 with lte on att. thanks crackberry .

There are other options guys, at half the price. CB wanted 75 to unlock my Wind mobile Z10, I found another service that did it for 39 and I had my code in less than 3 hrs.

Service is good, code works only problem was that there was a delay getting codes for a Bell phone....

Just did a successful first try unlock using crackberrys service. The code for some reason didn't get to my email, but the online chat help feature on the website had me sorted out within minutes . It was a little pricey, but being the newest platform, it usually is - look up the cost of unlcoking a pearl to see the other end of the spectrum lol.

i am having problems to upgarde my black berry firmware, i do not have the latest version, but seem it notify me i do. any solution ? because if i do not update it i wont be able to download what app
