Hi all.
My Z10 cannot detect wifi (new or saved). I try going into flight mode and back but it still cannot detect any wifi points. The only solution isto restart my Z10 and this happens almost everyday since I bought it last week.
Any of you facing similar issue? I think it is a defect and am planning to return my set.

try changing your routers security to WPA2 enterprise

It is not my router. Here in Malaysia we have many coffee shops with open wifi.

My wifi has been flawless for over a month now.

Just turning it off and on with the power button doesn't do much unless you hold the button down until the screen goes blank and the red LED comes on.

Try pulling the battery out for a few minutes then reinsert it to be sure.

Yup. Rebooting the device solves my problem. But why must I reboot it everytime? Did not happen to my 9790 before.

If you're rebooting as I've described you should only have to do it once.

If a battery pull is not a permanent fix then contact @blackberryhelp on Twitter.

Yup! It seems that rebooting the phone is the only solution when your Z10 suddenly cannot detect your wifi... it happens to me, three times in different situations...

For the love of your deity the BlackBerry OS 10 is an operating system and user interface, not bloody firmware. If you can't get the terminology correct then stop using the words un an attempt to make yourself sound intelligent - you're not.
