I tried a version of it and it wouldn't let me sign in and would crash.

I am wondering if fongo works using the new debug token method, but I am unable to dowload the apk from appworld using the chrome apk extension (don't know why.. I can download other apk file with no problem!).

Can someone please pm me with information on how to obtain the latest fongo apk. I want to try it out!

Fongo works for me using the new debug token method.

I did minimal testing, except to sign in and make a quick call.

fongo previously worked for me on 10.1.4831 or something like that

got the latest 10.2.888 or something like that and the latest fongo (just updated today) and it loaded but said I needed to goto google play store to reinstall it. I would recommend someone file away these old fongo apks so we have something that will continue to work. it might be that fongo is trying to prevent alternate use of its apk

I used this method on the 2.2.1.9 version that @mover23 posted above, and it works great. Used it several times from Ireland and the UK this month while on the road and it worked without issue.

Has anyone else noticed that fongo launched an update July 31st on the google play store that will spit out an "invalid license" error, then it asks you to download from google play? Seems like they may actually be going out of their way to ensure blackberries can't use the app. Luckily I've got the last working apk from July 27 .

i installed the version posted by sally and it worked. the problem though seems that 10.2.0.810 doesnt have the same bluetooth stack as prevous version. i can hear people but they cant hear me. oh well, i guess i can alway go back to 10.1.4810 or whatever it was...

hoping the real 10.2 has better bluetooth

Fongo was updated tonight to 3.0.4.10 and it looks like they took the google play restriction out.

found another reason why I dont like the new version, it still dont work
it installs fine I get to login/pass and all that, it can actually initiate outgoing calls but no volume. Either coming in or going out.

When I use 2.2.1.9 it works just as it always has
I am currently using
10.2.0.1047
with the latest android runtime from
10.2.0.1157

this might be the version we are stuck with unless fongo fixes something. can someone else confirm none of the latest versions are working on lower OS versions.
