    Hey guys,

    Again with the OS update. We can seem to get the update here in Vietnam.
    I have STL100 - 2. Any suggestions on how can i get my z10 to update ?

    What a lot of people have done is get an unactivated sim card from a carrier in an area that has released an update and which uses the same Z10 variant, and oftentimes that will trigger the update.

    I believe there was a Crackberry blog post about that.

    Did you purchase the device in your country from an official source, or did you purchase it out of the country/grey market?

    I just updated my z10 here in the Philippines with a globe prepaid sim. Running an Stl 100 1.

    I am also in South Africa and we got the update. I have STL 100-1 model as well, as they were only realising LTE model end of march and we don't really have LTE coverage in SA so didn't bother waiting.

    I used BB Link Method and the .90 update showed up, using STL100-2. No SIM on my phone that time.

    BlackBerry Link method is when you remove your sim and then plug it in to your desktop. Then use the link software to reload everything. So do a back up first.
