I just talked to Tmo customer service and I was told that you can put in your pre-sale now for the Z10 for regular customers. It will ship once inventory is received which should be March 13th or 14th. I was also told you should be able to buy the Z10 in stores on the 14th.

I have had no luck either. I tried customer care, then tried live chat as well, and nothing! I've seen rumors or 14th, 17th, 19th, 22nd and of course the good ole 27th. C'mon T-Mobile throw us a bone here. GRIN.

The other day I spoke to a rep at a kiosk at the mall and he said they'll have it "within a couple of weeks."

In the meantime, this has sprouted up on the T-Mo site!

Yeah, I just talked to customer care and the woman told me the 17th for the release date and the pre-orders are done on the website. Logged onto the website and I see no pre-orders. She probably just wanted to get me off the phone. Also, it does look like Tmo added some branding on the back.

I called customer service and got March 18th. I was put on hold for a bit while the Tmo rep verified this information so I hope its right but at this point hopefully it won't go past March...

End of the month I'll bet in retail stores and also the business pre-sales. Perhaps as early as the 28th.

All this talk from the carriers on imminent shipments is all marketing hype IMO.

I spoke with a store rep and his "unofficial" (i.e. "don't quote me on this") in-store date was the 28th.
