I'm still researching this issue and haven't come across too many helpful articles.

What I'm using:
Phone: Z10
Email Client: Outlook 2010
Backend Server: Exchange email on Office 365

The issue:
If I make an appointment in my Outlook it will sync to my z10 and I can make changes and update from both the device and Outlook without a problem. (woo hoo no problem...yet)
If I make an appointment in my Outlook and invite other attendees to the meeting, the appointment will show up on my z10 but it shows me as a Attendee and not an Organizer. So, if I try to make a change on the phone to the meeting it tells me that the change will only show on my phone and not everyone else since i'm not the organizer. And second part to this - when I try to edit the meeting it shows the time zone as Reykjavik (GMT), even though i'm in EST

Why would adding attendees to a meeting cause these problems?

anyone else have this issue?
