Don't toss out your iPod. Seriously that is what I do, I can use my z10 for podcasts and music but I still use an iPod because audio books don't work well with a z10.

Most of the audiobooks I listen to have an mp3 option so they would play on the z10, but it just wouldn't work as well.

I have been using iPods for years and I just love the way iTunes/iPods work together.

Plus it saves battery etc.

I side loaded akimbo player and completely live off of it. I go through about a book a week and have run through about a hundred or so books in akimbo...great solution if you sideload.

Just updated to the 10.2.1.575 and was surprised to see that audible now works. Nothing is better for audio books.
