I don't use voice control for anything - ever. I find it more of an annoyance than anything else and see no real value in it - it's especially annoying if I accidentally activate it while it's in my pocket. I can hear it just keep asking and asking and asking for a command.

Is there any way I can get that nagging woman permanently out of my phone?

I think the best you can do is set it to only accept voice dialing options.

Just put the app in a folder, then put the folder on another page. There's way way less chance to accidentally activate it that way.

There should be a way to take turn this off. Everytime I take it out of the holster it goes to voice control because there is an entry point on the "0" on the keyboard. balboa don

Voice control is also activated by the side middle play/pause convenience key.

Yea I want this crap off my phone. It won't go away if you hit the mute button. The stupid chick will keep on beeping and asking you questions. Before this phone came out they made this feature appear to be like siri but it's no where close to it. Her voice is soo annoying

Voice controls do not work well and override my car hands free. There does not appear to be a way to switch it off.

Has anyone found how to turn Vsuite off or disable in Q10? Everytime I plugin the headset that came with the BB, this thing kicks in and asks to say a command - not works for any command because the Mic on the headset does not work when plugged-in.

I am having the same issue. I thought it was my headset but I changed to the stock headphones and had the same issue.

the same problem with me, i found the solution just press the power button 3 times and voice control will turn off, further more go to settings ----voice control-----open with mute key make this Off.
