There was a thread on here about poor speeds, turned out it was a browser/website issue. Side loading the android app reported the speed correctly.

I got 31mbps on rogers LTE in waterloo. Probably got hometown bonus speed or something because after that time I was never able to match those speeds in Toronto (13mbps).
    Edit: 41.5mbps in Markham

    Rogers LTE

34 Mbps down at home last week on cellular (makes me want to completely forget about home WiFi).
27 Mbps at the Apple store on cellular.

    Showing off, of course.

You have much better 3g speed in India than my carrier in the USA. Using my pb bridged to my 9850 I get .27mbps and. 20mbps upload. I know this is for the Z10, just adding for comparison.

you need to remember, being bridged, you are also hindering your speeds by being connected via bluetooth. the best way to determine speeds is to have a wifi hotspot open on your phone and connect your playbook that way
