    I thought this might help someone. I've been terminally unable to back up my Z10; Link errors on every attempt to backup and sync. I could backup my PlayBook without error.

    For kicks, I turned on Development mode and, lo and behold, it actually backed up. I don't think this really enables me to do much as I'd given up on using Link and just sync'ed music and such manually, but it's a nice win.
