Guys guys just a quick question. Any time i plugged in my headphones or cable it would work no problem. Went to plug in headphone and music still plays out loud from the phone speakers. Not sure if this is because of the update or if there is a setting that may have got turned off or something. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I had problems with my headphone jack on my Z10 a few weeks back. It turned out that I wasn't plugging my headphones in quite all the way. I just needed to force it a little more to break it in.

I assume you are smarter than me and made sure that the headphones are plugged in all the way.

Always reboot your phone when having small problems. It is amazing how many fix themselves after that.

Nothing works if you don't put it in deep enough.

Try a different pair of headphones before you give up, if nothing works it is probably the beloved defect and it needs to be returned...
