I bought the UK retail version, without carriers, when Z10 was first launched.

I have noticed an increasing information about users worldwide being able to OTA update, how come I have never received anything yet? When I manually check for update it always says my 10.0.9 is the most updated version

Any ideas guys?

The update is from Vodafone UK. Stick a Vodafone PAYG SIM in and you'll get it.
