Hi All,

For those who have received Dev Alpha C, would you mind listing the number of points you had to get one.
The point system was as follows:

50 points for ported Android� applications
250 points for all other applications (Native, BlackBerry� WebWorks�, Adobe� AIR�)
1500 points for Built For BlackBerry certified application
BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha A/B recipients start with 200 points
BlackBerry Elite Members start with 200 points

My points:
200 - Dev Alpha A
750 - 3 Native/Cascades Applications
750 - 3 AIR Applications
----------------------------------
1,700 Total

I had 1,700 points and did not receive a Dev Alpha C, so I would like to get an idea of the point cut off.

Interesting... I only got 250 points for one Phonegap app and received a DevC notice.
Maybe they were checking for quality (I've seen some crazy app spamming in BB World), or just to bring some enthusiasm to new developers.

According to my count, I had only 1200 points and got one. So maybe your notification just hasn't arrived yet?

Depending on whether or not they're counting non-reviewed apps, I either have 3250 or 5750.

If you did not receive an email it is because based on the calculation of the points you did not have the points to qualify.

I got Dev Alpha C. Your situation is strange, Soul ... 1700 points is a lot of points.

Hey Soul,

I also received the dev C notification and from what I can see only had 700 points (Dev A device + 2 Air apps). From your stats you would more than qualify for the C. Hope this helps with getting a satisfactory resoluton from BB.

Looks like you got jipped. Hopefully someone from BlackBerry realizes this, and you get the device so you that can keep making more apps.

Hi,
Apologies after further investigation it looks like you weren’t properly added to the database when we manually added you.
However that has been resolved and I did confirm that you should have 1700 points and you do qualify.

Were both your apps approved? I have the same score but I had to make a fix on one of my apps and I am still waiting for it to be reviewed.

WOW! Issued resolved in 2 hours. That must be a record by the dev team. Normally emails take like a week for them to respond.

They are not on top of the LE Trade Up, I have been waiting nearly a month for approval for if qualify
