I've noticed this sometimes when I open settings...the screen goes black for an unusual 4 or 5 seconds, and then opens.

I think this has happened with other apps but I can't remember which ones and it doesn't happen every time.

Minor complaint, not a big issue, just curious if anyone else has experienced similar?

I have experienced this as well only when opening the setting menu. Not a huge issue for me, but hopefully its fixed in next os update. it only does it once or twice and the rest of the day is ok

Same thing here, sometimes it's longer, or until I minimize the app then go back in.

I have experienced this only with ported android apps...all native works fine for me.

Has the same thing, only with settings as far as I remember, and usually only when I change my notifications profile.
