When I go on a video when I normally hover over the play button a hand appears but now there's no hand&when y click the play button nothing happens? I've tried restarting btw. HELP!

This has been occuring for the last 2 days. Look in the posts for additional threads on this. ....work around is get the video up that you want and the arrow won't start the video. Do this - click on the tab upper right to share and email it to yourself. Kinda a hassle but it works for now

I had this issue a few weeks ago then suddenly started working stopped again now no arrow comes so cannot press play. I used to watch videos on phone shame

Already any user not using a Z10 is forgotten, by BB, CrackBerry, and Kevin. This is a big issue and would typically be a big story but "oh no everyone is focused on Z10" (said in sarcastic voice).

Lets report problems/big issues when they arise regardless of which BB/OS you are using!
