    Is the Z10 compatible with a Female USB to micro USB lead?
    I was just wondering, haven't seen any threads or news on it.
    This would be a bonus, I have ordered one anyway (it will work on girlfriend's phone anyway)
    If it doesn't, would it be a firmware update, meaning it could happen at a later date?
    This would help on their mobile computing front... Meaning you could plug a flash drive into your mobile computer

    What your after is something called USB OTG, which was possible on a rooted Playbook.

    I'm assuming its possible on a Z10 too, but Blackberry as per usual are being slow again, not responding, screaming the phrase "mobile computing" but not actually doing very much to contribute to it, yet we have people spending time rooting the device and expanding on the possibilities of a Blackberry device, the thanks they get? Nothing, the system gets locked down even further (nice to have security but my point is, these bedroom coders seem to do more than incompetent staff at BB HQ)

    * hub isn't mobile computing
    * keyboard isn't mobile computing
    * time shift isn't mobile computing
    * peeking isn't mobile computing

    * pairing and extending the phone with the tablet IS mobile computing (this functionality has now been reduced)
    * USB OTG IS mobile computing

    (sorry for the mini rant, at least I put it in to bullet points)
