    How can I transfer my contacts from sd card? All My contacts ?n sd card but cant See ?t

    1- put the SD card in the Z10.
    2- Go to Settings > Storage and Access
    3- Scroll to the bottom and switch USB Mass Storage ON.

    *** this will allow you to use the sd card on the computer... but when you want to use it on the Z10 you need to follow those steps again and turn USB Mass Storage OFF

    Are you trying to transfer data from a legacy BlackBerry 5.x to 7.x device to your new BlackBerry 10 device *using* an SD card or are you trying to something else (for instance, import vcard files)?

    What type of a Samsung device are you trying to transfer from? What kind and what version of software does it run? (Android? Windows Phone? Windows Mobile? Bada? something else?)

    I am trying transfer from note 2
    I've 2500 contact in my list
    I've tried to do with blue tooth and i couldn't
    And i can't copy to sim card because almost all of contacts from google account.

    i would used hotmail from note 2 to store your contact into hotmail then format the card for z10 then use hotmail in z10 and contact should come back in there.....worked for me

    I agree. Use a cloud services like Gmail or Microsoft Windows Live / Hotmail / Outlook.com to get your contacts from your Android device to the cloud. Then sync the cloud account to your BlackBerry 10 device.
