I'm going to Germany next month, and was wondering if anyone knows if I can obtain a bold through tmo Germany will it work with my sim since im with tmo usa, or would I have to unlock it? well that is if its available in Germany.

Yes you can and it will work with the US sim BUT the 3G frequencies might be different which means it'll be totally useless for 3G here. Verify that before you buy it.

It won't work 3G as TMO's 3G runs on different frequencies in the US that the bold doesn't support. A later version may support those but it won't be until 2009 at the earliest.

Cruve 8900 coming to T-Mobile in November. Wont have 3G though.

yea i read somthing saying that we aint going to get the bold but ppl talk alot of crap and lie but w.e ill just wait for it alot of sites i seen say we gona get it at the same time as at&t or by jan09
