Does anybody know what to do , my playbook is stuck on the pretty Christmas lights for the past two weeks , the battery was drained out , now it is at 96% but still nothing , I tried to reboot it and the other button things but the playbook will still not go on in the menu , please can you help me , I did a new thread because all the other ones about this topic are old and nobody replies. Please help! Please help!

if you've tried all the other tricks then you should give blackberry support a call and send it in for repair.

you might be able to find a new one cheaper.

but if you see lights it should be able to restart or be debricked. again, search for debrick
