    Had a similar experience with my Playbook that wouldn't turn on after a previous EMAIL event. Got a *new* tablet in the mail and a new registration.

    I had the camera fail on one of mine. (Error 4096 or something) I saw in forums to call their customer support and was very pleased with the service. They sent me a FedEx box and shortly after I sent it off, a new one arrived. That was excellent except that the camera on the new had a visibly 'foggy' or not-clear lens so the photos were poor. Called them again and, long story slightly shorter: I have another new unit and all seems fine. I was very impressed with their service and support. I didn't think they'd cover the first problem because the unit was over a year old but they did. (Note: I hadn't registered my Playbook for 90 day initial support so that may be why it was covered. We registered it and now it's covered for 90 days going forward.) Nice to see given how we want to have faith that RIM will keep customers happy going forward!

    Yah. They have the best customer service. Mind you, Quanta is covering most of the problems because they had bad QC when they manufactured them.
