    one phone rep says the 30th,,, of Feb.!!! (NOT a typo),,, another says a week after launch ("gotta get legal stuff outta the way") & sounded confident,,, local store rep said,"end of the month",(Feb)...

    Those reps need to just be honest and say "I don't know" instead of all the made up trying to tell me something I wanna hear, I rather hear the honest to God's truth than some fabricated story

    there was one i did do that to but didn't include it,,, & no offense to anyone "associated" w/ a particular large retailer but by the end of that call, I was educating THEM,,, so i didn't include that 1 either,,, wouldn't have looked right...

    i hear ya,,, the ones that tried to do that, (w/ the exception of the Feb. 30th one, that was more for entertainment value), i cut short,,, one tried to tell me June or July & i laughed outright then schooled him,,, the store rep that said,"end of the month,(feb)", wanted to say more from what i heard in his voice but he stood pat even after some light hearted persuasion,,, so even if it's mid to late Feb., it's all good,,, now i just need too feed my playbook "10" release bug & whether or not it'll be phone functional,,, hmmm, another thread???
