hi guys. I am using the Curve 9300 3g, and a few weeks ago The BBM Voice Chat feature came in with an update, and it added an album to my list of albums, containing a single track titled "BBM_Voice_Chat.m4a", I have tried deleting this item by using the device itself, I have also tried deleting it by hooking it up to the computer and finding it and deleting it, it will not be deleted. It is a huge annoyance for me, as I have developed quite an obsessive compulsive attitude regarding my LARGE list of albums, and this one album that is with them, that is not an album, that seemingly cannot be removed, is extremely annoying to me.

EDIT: I have also tried battery pulling multipe times. when I plug in the phone and activate it for use as a hard drive I can find the "BBM_Voice_Chat.m4a" file, and delete it, but it does not leave the phone, and upon plugging the phone back into the computer the file is still there.

The File is located in /device/home/ringtones

tldr; If anyone knows of ANY way to permanently remove the BBM_Voice_Chat.m4a file from a Curve 9300 3g, you would make a fellow BB owner VERY happy.

Connect to PC->right click->Properties->remove the ☑ on Read Only->delete.

So I have the same issue.

But unlike you, I can't even find the file on my PC.

How did you find it?
It doesn't show when i plug it in my computer.

I believe that's used for initiating a BBM Voice call. That little noise you hear before the other person answers.
You can't remove that. ...Unless BBH shrink tool has the option to?

I have the same issue on my phone too... I would also appreciate it if someone knows how I can hide or remove it.
