Hi i bought your Program but cannot hear Birds is there something else to do

Hi. When you first open the app, you'll see the list of all bird species present in the app (Refer to the 1st screenshot that we've posted in our first post). Once you click on any particular bird species, you'll be taken to the next page (refer to the 2nd screenshot). Then click on any bird that you wish to listen to. You just need to click on the download button next to the song that you wish to download (refer to 3rd screenshot). Once the song is downloaded, a "play" button will appear. Press on that to hear the song. Make sure your device volume is loud enough as certain bird songs might not be that loud. Please try this and let us know if it works. In case you still have any issues, please send us a detailed mail and screenshots of the issue to bbsupport[at]xlabz[dot]com.
