    My BB 9790 all of a sudden wont play youtube videos over my wifi at home. If I shut off the wifi, youtube will work over 3g with no problem. I've done a battery pull, re-set my wifi, removed the wifi connection from my BB and then re-added it again. I'm running version BB 9790 / 7.1.0.523 (B1647).

    I'm thinking somewhere along the last few days my daughter my messed with it (settings) and she did something.

    Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

    why cant i play youtube anymore? can anyone help? it only shows the Play Sign but unable to be clicked. why?

    Your phone should play other video content normally. A temporary workaround for viewing YouTube videos is to use the Opera browser from BlackBerry World.

    If you think someone messed with the settings the easiest way to resolve this would be selectively restoring information from DM. You can also try clearing the browser cache and cookies. Doing a battery pull for longer than 5 minutes.
