I recently updated my 9900 to the 7.1.0 bundle 2108 os. I lost use of BBM after this update. Each time I select BBM, it goes to "restoring bbm" and gets stuck. I've tried restrarting, deleting and reinstalling bbm and nothing seems to work. I love this app and would like to get this working. Please help.

BBM recently got tied up to your BlackBerry ID to make things easier to restore. Make sure you've logged into your BlackBerry ID. Check that you're signed in via the Options

I had the same problem. I deleted BBM7, rebooted, loaded BBM 6.1.0.49 from here (http://www.santo.asia/repository/bb-...yMessenger.jad), checked to see if contacts were restored (they were) then loaded BBM 7, rebooted, signed in and all was well!
