I've been hoping for a native Sonos app for a few years now. I'm a big fan of the Sonos system! I use the iPad controlloer & the Android controller on my Kindle Fire, and they're both excellent apps. I also use the Tiggit controller on my 9930, and it's...different. I've written Sonos asking them to support BB users w/an app. I've commented on forums. Still nothing yet.

I'd like to take a poll of CB.com users to find out how many of us are Sonos users AND how many of their products we own. Perhaps having some hard #'s may help our case! Select how many components you have in the poll & add the details in the comments. I'll start:

    2 - S5's
    1 - S3
    1- Bridge

    4- total

    3 S3 and bridge

Also Tiggit has been working on a Playbook controller(and likely BB10 controller).

the omission of `i dont own any` is bit of an oversight lol, maybe if you can add some have a `i dont own any` and a `i dont own any but am looking to purchase one` options.

I did see the post that Tiggit is working on a BB10 controller. If their BB10 controller is anything like their current Sonos controller for BB, lots of users will be extremely disappointed. Take a look at some of the comments on that post, including my own. I would much rather Sonos create a BB10 app, as they've created iOS and Android apps. I'm hoping that this poll will quanitfy the demand for a BB10 Sonos controller.

To the OP. I too have emailed Sonos asking if they were going to make an application for current BlackBerry phones, or for BlackBerry 10. I didn't get a straight answer.

Happy to see Tiggit has something coming though.

@Bold_until - I live in a 100 year old home. I own some really, really crappy wireless speakers that allowed me to listen to music in multiple rooms w/out having to crank the stereo up to 20. The 900 mHz signal was spotty at best. I searched for a better solution that possibly connected to the WiFi network that already covered my entire house, and I came across Sonos. I found a couple of videos- - and ordered a bridge and a S5 the very next day. I love it, and it's EXACTLY what I was looking for. Check it out!

If your having a BlackBerry 10 Phone you dont need any sonos controller app. With the native music app you Can connect to you sonos system and play Your music. Turn on wifi connection. Hold tap on a song and press: play on. Your phone find the sonos system.
Play your music trough the sonos system.

In the absence of a official SONOS app, Room Tunes for the Z10 is a great option. I highly recommend it....even at 10 bucks.

For what it is worth, I too have emailed Sonos asking if they do going to support BB10. I didn't really get an answer, but just a reply saying they have forwarded my concerns to (insert department here. I forget where they said they were chosen for send it.)
