My BlackBerry Bold 9930 browser kept losing Internet access immediately after a soft reset (Alt-right Uppercase-Del). Everything else had Internet access, such as BerryWeather, Poynt and BlackBerry App World, but not the browser.

After much experimenting, including resetting the Mobile Network, resetting Data Services, resending Service Books and reregistering the Host Routing Table, I noticed two entries of the BlackBerry Internet Browsing Service while reviewing the Service Books. Why have 2?

I deleted the BlackBerry Internet Browsing Service 2 service book entry and did a soft reset of the device.

The browser has been working perfectly (as do the other apps requiring Internet access) ever since.
