Ok so I upgraded last night from 4.2.2.196 to 4.5.0.77 and for some reason I am still not getting HTML emails. I can't figure out why either. Any ideas?
Been covered. Resend your email service books. If you're on a corporate BES, the BES server doesn't have enabled support for HTML email yet. Also, even after you send the service books, old emails will not change over to HTML, only new HTML emails will show up correctly. Read the BETA forum for further help. Chances are good there's an answer to your questions there.

I wasnt getting html after upgrading to 4.5 but just last night I happen to do the Yahoo go upgrade and misteriously Im getting html. Let me know if this works for you. strange !?!?!?!
oh, I had also just added my yahoo email.
