Hello All,

I love my 9900. I use the trackpad most of the time and the touchscreen once in a while. On my 9700, when I would open up my SMS folder (or email folder), I would see many messages listed because a small font was used. There were about 10-12 lines of messages. This was great because I could see several conversations. Now with my 9900, I can only see a few messages listed because each message takes up a lot of space (maybe so it can be used more easily with the touchpad) and even if I make the font small, it is not legible still takes upu too much space.

How can I open my message folder, and see a 10-12 lines again. That was important for me. Pic on left shows what i want back.

Any ideas ?

You know, that would be a good idea for one of these theme developers.

You'd think RIM would have an option to not preview the messages, as that's what your issue really comes down to.

Hi did you find a solution to this. I'm about to upgrade to the 9900 as well from 9700 and I'm not a fan at all of the new inbox. Any help is great.

Unfortunately, no. Each os has fewer and fewer options. I'm very discouraged by this. Maybe BB wants it to be easy for touchscreen users.
