Its been working for the past few leaks

Its not UMA as promised so it wont hand the call back to the mobile network when you leave the range of your wifi, but its better than nothing!

Hi Stubbo, the last few builds have not enabled wifi calling on the phone, don't know why buthey just haven't (and that includes leaks).
This one just did!
