    Hi

    I have a Curve 9300.

If I tether according to the method shown here

    Support: Tethering - BlackBerry Curve 3G 9300

Is the usage taken from the Call time allowance or Internet Data allowance on my plan?

    Thanks

    Daniel

It's data. Some providers charge extra though beyond just the chage for your data package, and others do not. I BELIEVE (but don't go on my word, PLEASE double check) that Tmobile, does NOT charge extra for tethering.

Vodafone UK charge an additional 5 per month for tethering. This gives you an extra chunk of 500mb per month for tethering over and above your standard allowance.
