Just a heads up for 99XX charging pod owners. I made the dumb mistake of tossing the pod into my bag when traveling this weekend without first unplugging the short micro USB cable. Bad move, though it wasn't jostled around much the internal connections to the USB connecter broke rendering my pod inoperable. Stupidity on my part of course so I thought I'd perhaps help keep someone else from making the same mistake.

I just ordered a new one from the CB store.

Whoops! Bet you won't do that again!
This is solid advice for almost any charging device - the USB (particularly the micro) is fragile in terms of wiggling. Best to just unplug it.

Funny that you ordered a new one. I always kind of thought the pods were sort of pointless...until I bought one! lol I would buy another too if I broke mine!

I'm careful to always unplug mine before packing it in when traveling.

I learned my lesson, I have no idea why I didn't think to unplug it, and won't make that mistake again.
