is anybody experiencing memory leaks with call logs and sms/mms messages? or even noticing the phone running slower or getting script errors?

I have expereinced the problem a few times and i'm on my second curve, from my understanding it occurs when your device's memory is overloaded.

the device is only a week old no extra ringtones, no file attachments only a couple pictures
